At Blossi Nails, we’re dedicated to bringing you innovative, high-quality nail products that make salon-perfect nails possible at home. If you ever run into issues with your Blossi Gel Nail Stickers, we’re here to help.


🌸 Application Support

We know semi-cured gel stickers are still a new nail technology, and sometimes it takes a little practice to perfect your application. If you’re experiencing lifting, stiffness, or difficulty curing, please reach out to us at hello@blossinails.com.

Our team will ask a few quick questions to help identify what’s going on — in most cases, nail prep and curing technique can make all the difference. Our goal is to make sure you get the best results from your Blossi Nails, and we’ll guide you step by step.


🌸 Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare case that your order arrives defective or damaged, rest assured that we’ll make it right. Simply contact us and we’ll organise a replacement or refund for the affected item. We stand by our quality and want you to feel confident shopping with us.


🌸 Returns & Cancellations

  • Our return window lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

  • Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • All purchases are final. If you cancel your order, a 9.5% processing fee will apply.


🌸 Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • If Shipping Protection was added: we’ll replace or refund broken/faulty items free of charge.

  • If Shipping Protection was not added: full refunds or replacements for lost/damaged parcels are not guaranteed.


🌸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times may vary.


🌸 Important Notes

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for an exchange of the same item.

  • Gifts: If your item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received.


🌸 Shipping Your Return

To return your item, please contact us first at hello@blossinails.com for instructions.

  • You’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable service for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
